Website Visitors


Like most website operators, PukkaTeam collects non-personally-identifying information. This is the sort of data that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. At PukkaTeam, we gather and record some of this non-personally-identifying information to better understand how PukkaTeam's visitors use its website and applications. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our website.

PukkaTeam also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. PukkaTeam does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Aggregated Statistics


PukkaTeam may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, we may reveal how many sign-ups we get over a certain period, or say which features are most popular, however, this will be stated as anonymous aggregated statistics.

GDPR Compliance


This is an outline of what we do to comply with the GDPR, specifically about the personal data we collect, what it’s used for and why we collect it.

What we need

PukkaTeam will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. When you visit the website, we have systems that will automatically collects approximate location based off your IP and basic software you use to access the website including operating system, browser, browser language and browser version. This helps us aggregate anonomous statistics of where people visiting the website come from and what technology they use.

When you create an account on PukkaTeam, with your consent, we collect the basic, essential data for an account, this includes name, email, billing address. You are also able to add your Skype, Slack and timezone to give you access to certain features found within the PukkaTeam app.

Using your webcam, PukkaTeam will periodically take a picture (snapshot) of you throughout the day. This snapshot is only shown to your team and each time a new snapshot is taken, it overwrites the previous one, so only the latest one is stored.

To withdraw your consent, Email [email protected], if you do this however, you will not be able to use the PukkaTeam, as we need this data to provide the service.

Why we need it

We need to process your basic personal data in order to create an account for you to use the PukkaTeam app, and to help if troubleshoot if you experience any problems to help improve the PukkaTeam app. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you. We will also use this to send you messages throughout the trial to alert you to certai. features and at intermittent points to let you know how much of your trial is left.

What we do with it

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK, however, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so or you select to give the access via 3rd party addons like Slack and Skype.

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

How long we keep it

We will only keep your personal data as long as you continue to visit the website and use the service. If you stop using the service and do not visit the website within a nine month period, your personal data will be deleted and the next time you visit, you’ll be treated as a new visitor.

To comply with the GDPR, you are able to request an export of your data (data portability), to do this, email us at [email protected].

What we would also like to do with it

We would also, with your consent like inform you of our future offers and important news and updates to the app. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe button on the email or by contacting us at [email protected].

Not consenting to these does not prohibit you from using the app and does not stop you from receiving important updates regarding your account.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us via [email protected] to investigate the matter.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can notify to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information


PukkaTeam discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to its employees and affiliated organisations that

  1. need to know that information in order to process it on PukkaTeam's behalf or to provide services available at PukkaTeam's websites or applications, and
  2. that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees and affiliated organisations may be located outside of your home country;

Other than to its employees and affiliated organisations, as described above, PukkaTeam discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of PukkaTeam, third parties, or the public at large.

If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

PukkaTeam takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorised access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

PukkaTeam uses cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of the PukkaTeam website, and their website access preferences.
